Carl Wockner has skipped up the charts with his first two single releases of his album Crayon Days, receiving high rotation on national radio in both Australia and the US. His rare "Live Looping" style solo performance matched only with his signature vocal and unique acoustic guitar work renders Carl in a league of his own. The live shows have been recognized throughout Australia and the US with multiple headliner performances. Wockner is now rumored as one of the busiest musicians in Nashville. There will be an afternoon outreach performance for area children and community organizations.

The final production of the 2018-2019 MET Opera Live season is Dialogues des Carmélites by Poulenc. Yannick Nézet-Séguin leads the classic John Dexter production of Poulenc’s devastating story of faith and martyrdom. Mezzo-soprano Isabel Leonard sings the touching role of Blanche and soprano Karita Mattila, a legend in her own time, returns to the Met as the Prioress.

The Hunts are an indie-alternative-folk band from the south-lands of Chesapeake, Virginia. These seven brothers and sisters have a passion for creating compelling music and so have integrated one another's talents of writing, composing, and musicianship to make breathtakingly ethereal music. Stringed instruments, surrounded by enchanting harmonies and thrilling rhythms hearken an organic, transcendental sound. The Hunts have opened for world renowned bands such as The Fray, X-Ambassadors, Judah and the Lion, and OAR, to name a few, and they have appeared at world-class music festivals, gracing the stages at Austin City Limits, Red Rock, Firefly, and Summerfest. Their music has been used for National TV shows and commercials, and they have over 15 million streams on Spotify.

The Ardmore Chamber of Commerce would like to invite all our members to the 2019 Annual Awards Banquet. This year, we will be celebrating in high speakeasy fashion, with a 1920's theme! This year’s annual event will be held on Friday, February 22, 2019 at the Ardmore Convention Center. The speakeasy theme and celebration of Ardmore will be carried out throughout the event and the energy level is guaranteed to create a memorable banquet. Guests are invited to wear their 1920's best and stay after the ceremony to enjoy our dueling piano speakeasy bar!
