Chigger Chase

November 17th, 2020 5:00 PM - November 19th, 2020 - 8:00 PM
This is a virtual event this year, so anyone can run anywhere. But, we are adding a cool feature… We are opening the park two nights leading up to opening for Festival of Lights for pedestrians only. For those individuals and businesses that have signed up for the Chigger Chase, they can come out anytime between 5pm and 8pm on either November 17th or November 19th and run under the Christmas Lights. You must have a bib to enter the park! We hope this will give our participants the same experience as running in previous years and the Chigger will also be there both nights! We will have a start line and have the course marked with ¼ mile and ½ mile for kids; the one mile fun walk/run and the 5K too! There won’t be timer onsite this year, but everyone is welcome and encouraged to post their pictures and time on our Facebook page.
