Join us for an evening of tasty food and cold drinks, great live and silent auction items, and some fun music and dancing! We’ll dance the night away to the music of Arbuckle Xpress after an incredible steak dinner from Two Frogs Grill. Come and join the fun while raising money to support the ag youth of Carter County!

The Carter County Saddle & Sirloin Committee is a committee of the Carter County Junior Livestock Show Board and serves as the fundraising arm of the organization. All funds raised at this event go directly back to the ag youth of Carter County via the premium auction at the Carter County Junior Livestock Show.
