Girls on the Run Virtual 5K

How does it work?
It’s easy! Grab your shoes and your family and complete a 5K any time between May 28 and June 6, 2021. You can make your own path in your neighborhood, the park, the lake or inside your own home. Take our super fun BINGO card (Link in Email Confirmation) on your 5K for extra fun! Once you have completed your 5K, fill out a short survey and we will send you a completion certificate!
Not a runner? NO PROBLEM! Feel free to go at your own pace: walk, run, jog, skip or flip. Can’t get outside? We’ve got you covered! Instead of a 5K, you can complete a set of physical activity cards found in your confirmation email.
